Roots is an installation that explores memory, lineage, and creative inheritance. Inspired by time spent collecting along the Cape Cod shoreline with my grandmother and witnessing generations of artmaking in my family, the work functions as a living archive.

Through photography, collage, and found objects—including remnants of my grandmother’s materials—I transform memory into material. Each element honors the artists who came before me while affirming my own place within that lineage.
